Novalingo Account Deletion

Effective date: July 13, 2026

You can request deletion of your Novalingo account in the iOS or Android app. You can also contact support if you cannot access the app.

Delete Your Account in the App

You must be signed in to use the in-app deletion control.

1. Open Novalingo and select Account.
2. Scroll to Delete Account and select it.
3. Review the warning, then confirm Delete.

Deleting the app from your device does not by itself delete your Novalingo account.

Request Deletion by Email

Email support from the email address connected to your account. Use the subject "Account deletion request" and tell us whether you use iOS or Android. Do not send your password, authentication codes, government identification, or payment information.

We may take reasonable steps to verify that the request comes from you before processing it.

What Happens to Your Data

Deletion is intended to remove or de-identify your account and associated server-side learning data, including synchronized saved words, watch history, and other account-linked learning activity.

Limited information may remain temporarily in backups or may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Information stored only on your device may remain until you clear the app's data or remove the app.
